“La camera era spaziosa, ma c’era un cattivo odore proveniente dalla moquette. La pulizia abbastanza buona, ma asciugamani e lenzuola erano un po’ vecchi. L’hotel è vicino alla zona pedonale di Sutton, a soli 20 minuti da Wimbledon. ”

“Hotel vicino Gatwick, ok per una sola notte di passaggio ma per di più non è possibile. Il ristorante dell'albergo è temporaneamente chiuso, abbiamo dovuto ordinare da asporto per mangiare qualcosa, non c'erano neanche delle bottigliette d'acqua. All'arrivo richiesto deposito cauzionale di 50£ di cui non ero a conoscenza. Stanza familiare ampia ma troppo insalubre, muffa sulle pareti e umidità elevata. Ok parcheggio gratuito in loco e vicinanza alla fermata di un autobus. ”

“I wasn't aware before booking that this hotel isn't staffed 24 hours a day. When we arrived, we had to call a phone number, and we were then told to collect our room keys from the reception desk. This wasn't something I was expecting. There is also no lift, so if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage, I'd strongly recommend requesting a ground-floor room. “Credo che questo sia l’hotel migliore in cui abbia mai soggiornato. L’appartamento era bellissimo dotato di tutti i comfort, letto comodissimo, ci hanno fornito detersivo, spugna per lavare i piatti capsule per la lavastoviglie. Essendo stati una settimana abbiamo dovuto pulire noi tutto (ma già lo sapevamo perché la pulizia giornaliera non era prevista). “Original grand building in a pleasant location. Poor value for money. Reluctant to check in early, despite agreed that we could to be able to attend a wedding on time. Disappointing view from Room 7 and 8 even though booking was made 7 months earlier. When this was mentioned to the staff at reception, we were told we had not paid extra for the view. The staff members in the dining room were very helpful and friendly.”

“We’re so glad we decided to stay here instead of some chain hotel! It had so much character & charm. Our room was large & very comfortable. The bathroom was also large & beautiful. Breakfast was delicious. The grounds could use a little TLC (my husband was a landscaper 😉) but they were beautiful nonetheless. There was a wonderful Pub within walking distance where the food & atmosphere was wonderful! Perfect ending to our European vacation. Thank you 😊”
